Serenity Spanish Bar & Restaurant’s specialty is Paella and serves authentic and best tasting Paella. SERENITY uses the best and freshest of ingredients, and prepares each dish to exacting standard. Paella is a famous dish of Spain, originated from the city of Valenciana. The critical ingredient for paella is rice and it must be “Bomba” rice from Valenciana – Spain. Serenity uses directly imported Spanish ingredients to prepare the Paellas. Furthermore, Serenity’s Paella Valencia, was awarded the Singapore’s Top 100 Signature Dishes Award 2009.

Serenity Spanish Bar & Restaurant menu serves wider range of Tapas. Tapas are small Spanish savoury dishes, typically served with drinks at a bar; they are an integral part of socialising the Spanish way and they can form an entire meal, ranging from simple bits and pieces such as olives or cubes of ham and cheese to more elaborate preparations like mussels in white wine broth or chef creation Chicken Tortillas (Panado de Panquo).
